ECOTHERMAL - TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Who We Are
EcoThermal.org (the "Site") is operated by Rolly Receipts LLC ("Rolly Receipts," "we," "us," or "our"), 205 S Walnut St., Arcanum, OH 45304. The Site offers EcoThermal receipt paper and EcoBakery packaging. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or place an order. If you order for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.
3. Accounts
You may create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at Sales@RollyReceipts.com if you believe your account has been used without permission. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Products and Pricing
We try to describe products and prices accurately, but errors may occur. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. Sale prices apply only while offered. We may correct errors, and we may refuse or cancel any order, including an order placed at an incorrect price; if we cancel after you have been charged, we will refund the amount charged.
5. Orders and Payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm or ship it. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment card numbers. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout.
6. Shipping
Shipping options, costs, and estimated times are shown at checkout or provided on request. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the carrier, unless the law requires otherwise.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to the return policy posted in our store.
8. Free Samples
We may provide free samples at our discretion. Availability and quantities may be limited and may change or end at any time. A sample request creates no purchase obligation.
9. Tree-Planting Program
We participate in a tree-planting program with Trees For The Future, under which one tree is planted for each case purchased, as described on the Site. Tree planting is carried out by Trees For The Future, not by Rolly Receipts, and we do not control when or where trees are planted. Totals shown on the Site are approximate. We may change or end the program at any time, and it does not create any right to a refund, credit, or other benefit.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; place fraudulent orders; submit false information; interfere with the Site; access systems or data without authorization; or copy, scrape, or misuse Site content.
11. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the names "EcoThermal," "EcoBakery," and "Rolly Receipts," are owned by or licensed to Rolly Receipts and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
12. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to third-party sites (for example, social media and Trees For The Future) and uses third-party services for hosting and payments. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS, THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Environmental descriptions on the Site describe our products and goals; we do not guarantee any specific environmental or health outcome.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ROLLY RECEIPTS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE OR AN ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
15. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rolly Receipts and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
16. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
18. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms and any policies posted in our store are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
